WELCOME
Welcome to St. Mary’s, we’re thrilled that you are considering sending your kindergartener to our school next year. The purpose of this Pre-Registration is to guarantee your child a place in our full day kindergarten program. St. Mary’s offers many benefits to your child outside of our normal school day. We offer an after-school care program that runs daily until 5:45pm. We also have after-school enrichment programs in fine and performing arts.
REQUIREMENTS
To enter Kindergarten next fall, a child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2015*. The following is also needed for a complete registration:
- A Completed Registration Form (on the reverse side)
- All pre-registrants are required to leave a $100 non-refundable deposit on your tuition.

- Storm/Health Information Sheet
- Emergency Medical Information Form
- Local Field Trip Permission Form
- Acceptable use Agreement
- Publicity Release
- Textbook, Standardized Tests & Instructional Materials Form
- Health Services Request Form
- Handbook Policy Agreement Form
- A copy of birth and Baptismal Certificates
WHY SHOULD I PRE-REGISTER?
We are offering many benefits to those who pre-register for kindergarten. Pre-Registration means that you have completed all of the requirements by January 30, 2015. You will receive the following for pre-registering for kindergarten at St. Mary’s:
- $150 tuition credit ($100 deposit + $50 bonus)
- T-Shirt for your new Kindergartener (I’m a St. Mary’s Kindergartener!)
- Guaranteed spot in our Kindergarten class
