In 2022 our 2nd grade class started a Pen Pal Program with St. Bernard’s Catholic School from Thief River Falls, Mn. Now in 4th grade they have expanded their pen pals to also include a Catholic School in Toledo, OH. Our students try to write a letter to their each of their pen pals at least once a month. The hope is to continue this friendship through their time at St. Mary’s and beyond.

The students always get excited to write the letter and for when envelopes return!
