In honor of Dr. Seuss’ birthday and Read Across America, St. Mary’s students celebrated I Love to Read week from March 2nd – 6th.
The theme this year was ‘Champion Kindness.’ Each day we listened to mystery readers, completed book trivia, and took extra time to read. Students also celebrated by dressing in theme each day, and participating in a “Money Challenge” to send two children to Catholic School in India. Mid-week the entire school gathered to pray the rosary for one of our school families, and we ended the week sharing breakfast others at our Annual Donuts with Grownups.
